Great site for knowing Mandaeans.
I'm a muslim from Indonesia and I'm sure that Mandaeans are mentioned in Holy Quran in the following verses:
"Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the SABIANS, whoever believes in GOD and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve. " (Holy Koran 2:62 and 5:69)
So I believe that my God and your God is ONE, and to Him we submit.
I'm truly sorry if there're some ignorant muslims who hurt you people in Iraq or Iran. They don't reflect the true teaching of Islam.

thank you very much for taking the time to look through the site, and indeed, may all the ethnic groups live happily once again in the middle east inshalla. About the organizations in the west coast of Canada then i really don't have any info abotu that because the only organization for the Mandaeans in Canada is here in Toronto, however, there is a group on Facebook if you know it, entitled Mandaean Crisis International, it was created by some students outside of Toronto, you can search for it and join it, they have loads of info and you can also ask them if they know anything.
